Nivetha Pethuraj is an Indian model, film actress who initially appeared in Tamil Telugu cinema. She made her film debut with “Oru Naal Koothu” which was released in 2016. Nivetha Pethuraj has managed to steal the hearts of many with her gorgeous looks and acting prowess. Besides acting, she has made her career in the field of modeling and has modeled for various notable brands.
She was born in Madhurai, India, and born to Tamil parents. After her birth, her family moved to THoothukudi where she got early education. At the age of 11, Kavitha Pethuraj and her family left the country and moved to Dubai where she raised along with siblings and parents. She lived there for 10 years and studied from Crescent English High School. Later, she did graduation in Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University, Dubai.
Career
Nivetha Pethuraj started her career with making a film debut “Oru Naal Koothu” which was released in 2016. After gaining success, she then started in various movies including “Podhuvaga Emmanasu Thangam” which was the best release of 2017. Also, she appeared in the space fiction thriller “Tik Tik Tik” which became the biggest reason for her huge acclaim and success.
In 2017, she made a Tamil film debut “Mental Madhilo” which became another hit of the year and for that role, she got immense love and recognition from viewers and fans.
In 2019, she appeared in Tamil movie in which she worked alongside Vijay Sethupati and it was directed by Vijay Chander.
However, she made a broad career in modeling and acting. Also, very few people know that she is also a boxer, wrestler.
